We are personal consultants.  We are not architects, builders, remodelers, or general contractors…but we’ve done all those things.  With more than 30 years of combined experience as designers, remodelers, and builders, we have determined that there is a right way to go about planning and executing a residential construction project.

You will still hire an architect and builder to design and build your project, but there are small, critical gaps in the process that can result in significant unplanned expenses and stress.  We fill the gaps for you with our independent expertise to save you money, time, and worry.  In most cases, the financial savings alone exceeds the cost of having us in your corner throughout the project.
