Over the past 12 years, we've played a part in designing, remodeling, or building over 200 homes.  After repeatedly seeing preventable errors and even negligence, we developed standards and practices by which all residential projects should be evaluated and executed.  Our process has proven to be a better way for the homeowner to plan, design, and complete a home construction project.

It's pretty simple really, however, you'll benefit more if it's led by an independent third party with expertise in architectural design, pre-construction planning, home construction, and interior design.  In other words, it should be led by The Building Advisors.
